Day 2 Day Fitness
Your physique and activity levels are in your control, our goal is to make sure you never forget that. Whether your goals are to get toned, bulk up, or remain healthy, D2D wants to offer the chance at long-term success and lifestyle change.
The Goal
It’s no secret that lifting heavy weights is fun. It’s also no secret that weight training effectively benefits from good technique and, when necessary, guidance. D2D programming, helmed by Andrew Brinkworth, hopes to provide accessible exercise programs that push you towards your goals using progressive principles to keep you safer and stronger as you develop.
Program Overview
-
How long are they?
Programs range from 6-12 weeks depending on its content and your goals. For those who want to track long-term progress, longer program blocks are vital for tracking trends and progressions. For those who want to opt for a lifestyle change and ease their way into structured programming, the 6-8 week programs are the way to go! 1:1 programming is updated as you continue to progress. Subscription-based programming is updated weekly and can be started or stopped at anytime! The programs run for a set amount of time and will be updated on this website when a new program is set to start!
-
Do I have to be an athlete?
No! The programs are designed such that anyone could pick one out that aligns with their goals, and begin the hard work. Demo videos and personal notes given by Andrew give you the guidance and confidence to walk into any gym facility and feel like a million bucks. Furthermore, the subscription-based programs offer a community chat where you can motivate and celebrate the successes you achieve throughout the prescribed program!

Programs vs. 1:1 Coaching
The pre-built programs offered are “one and done prices” that are not subject to changes or updates. While they are made with the same care and consideration, their development is final once public. 1:1 Coaching is a more personal experience, in which Andrew joins you on your journey as a motivator and support system to reach your goals. Subscription-based programs offer a 7-day free trial and monthly cost that you can buy-in and opt-out of at any time. This is a great way to build community with like-minded goals while still having full communicative access to Andrew.
Day 2 Day? What’s it mean?
Day 2 Day began as an impulsive endeavor for me to utilize my credentials as a college graduate with a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology, a Personal Trainer, and Nutrition Coach . I was in over my head about the process of creating a business and decided to step back and learn from the resources around me, rather than flailing in the wind.
The idea behind the name is that, simply put, I believe we as humans live in such a way that we are much more comfortable confining ourselves to metaphorical limitations and boxes. This is not to say that people do not go through struggles and experience great hardship, but instead, I propose that these valleys are opportunities if the mind is prepared to take a leap of faith. Thus, D2D thrives on the idea that we can be more, rather than being 1% better every day, we can be 2% better. We can do something for ourselves and for the people around us to make being alive more fulfilling.
At the moment, I have no elite status or professional record to show to prove that I am right for you. What I do have, however, is the intention and passion to make my small corner of the fitness industry a culture worth investing in and cultivating. My goal with D2D is to be a guide that propels you toward becoming a better version of yourself. Now, that just sounds like I want you to get jacked, and that’s well and good, but I care more about how you grow as a person. The greatest developments, changes, and lessons I’ve gained from my fitness journey have been mental. How the mind responds and adapts as you take your health in as much of your own hands as you can is prolific compared to the external changes when you give yourself the chance. I am simply pushing you to take the chance, rather than staying in whatever box or limitation is keeping you from taking that step.
